I would like to report an account of the recent launch of Bobbles & Plum: Four Satirical Playlets by Bertram Fletcher Robinson & PG Wodehouse (London: MX Publishing Ltd.).  This account was written by Norman Murphy and it was published on the website of The P G Wodehouse Society (UK) (see 'Latest News').  Lieutenant Colonel Murphy was a professional soldier who spent much of his time in Whitehall, which enabled him to spend six years of lunchtimes in the British Library identifying the origins of  Wodehouse’s characters and settings.  His first book, In Search of Blandings: The Facts Behind the Wodehouse Fiction was released in 1981.  Since then, he has written a logistic handbook for NATO, The Reminiscences of the Hon. Galahad Threepwood and A Wodehouse Handbook: The World and Words of P.G. Wodehouse.
